The Bandai Namco listing also includes the Eclipse digital upgrade, which bundles the digital World Compendium, a digital comic and the digital soundtrack. That combination is what separates this edition from the standard release as much as the figurine does.
The risk is that some retailers price the physical box slightly lower without listing those digital extras at all. Identical physical contents do not guarantee identical digital contents, and the difference is easy to miss in a marketplace listing, so read the bullets rather than the photograph.

If you mainly want the digital content, the Eclipse Edition delivers it for a ten dollar premium over standard, which is a fraction of the difference. If you want the physical box but not the figurine, the Day 1 Edition is the standard game in physical form and carries early unlock content that can still be obtained in-game.
Stock on physical collector tiers is limited and typically does not get reprinted. If a listing is well under the official price on a marketplace rather than a retailer, check whether the digital codes have already been used.
